Services

Different challenges.
Different starting points.
Same goal: work that holds.

The Seed Exchange offers four kinds of support to human-service and community organizations across Georgia: Technical Assistance, Program Administration, System Implementation, and Visibility & Engagement. You don't need to know which one you need. Start with what's getting in the way, and we'll work out the right starting point together.

Something's working. Something's not.

Which of these sounds like your week?

Most people don't arrive knowing the professional name for the help they need. They arrive knowing what's hard. Here's where each of these usually starts.

Recognize more than one? Most organizations do. That's why the first conversation is about the problem, not the service.

Dig in

Four ways we help.

01

Technical Assistance

Practical, collaborative support to understand what's getting in the way and strengthen how the work gets done.

For programs where reports need constant correcting, staff handle the same process differently, referrals lose track of people, or performance isn't where anyone wants it. Technical assistance here isn't a penalty or a lecture. It's help figuring out what's actually going on and fixing it, ideally long before it shows up in a monitoring report.

  • Program performance reviews and improvement planning
  • HMIS and Comparable Database data quality
  • Coordinated Entry and referral workflows
  • SOPs and documentation standards
  • Customized training and facilitation
  • Provider TA programs for CoCs, funders, and intermediaries

02

Program Administration

Operational support for programs that need more structure, more hands, or more follow-through.

For a new program with a launch date and nobody to build it, a team between leaders, or a program running on effort instead of structure. We can work alongside your staff, step in on a fractional or interim basis, or build the administrative pieces and hand them back. Our focus is how the program runs, not fiscal grant administration or accounting.

  • Fractional or interim program administration
  • New-program startup and launch
  • Workplans, timelines, and deliverable tracking
  • Program procedures and workflows
  • Dashboards and operational reporting
  • Onboarding, transitions, and sustainability planning

System Implementation

Move from "we should" to "it's actually working."

For organizations choosing, launching, or rescuing a system: a case management platform, an HMIS workflow, a referral tool, a shared drive nobody can find anything in. We handle the operational side of implementation: how the work flows, how data and users get ready, how staff learn it, and what happens after go-live. When a project needs custom development or deep platform configuration, we coordinate with the right technical partner instead of pretending to be one.

  • Implementation discovery and planning
  • Workflow and process mapping
  • Implementation project management
  • Data cleanup, migration, and access planning
  • Staff training and adoption
  • Go-live support and post-launch stabilization

Visibility & Engagement

Make services, providers, resources, and referral pathways easier to find, understand, and use.

For good programs people can't find, resource lists nobody trusts, and referrals that go out but never quite land. Visibility here means more than awareness: a service being listed doesn't mean it's accessible, and a referral being made doesn't mean someone got connected. This isn't a marketing agency. It's strategy for how people and partners actually reach you.

  • Provider and program visibility strategy
  • Referral pathway design and follow-up
  • Resource and service information upkeep
  • Community and partner engagement
  • Website messaging and search visibility
  • Engagement and referral follow-up measurement

How engagements work

Support sized to the problem.

There's no package to pick from. Every engagement is shaped around what's getting in the way, how much your team can take on right now, and what kind of help will actually last after we step back.

Whatever the shape, the approach is the same.

Identify what's getting in the way. Understand why it's happening. Design what would work better here. Implement it alongside your team. Stabilize it so it keeps working.

We watch before we recommend, because operational problems rarely start where they finally show up. And we don't hand you a list and leave.

Not sure where to begin?

What's getting in the way?

Our free two-minute quiz walks through eight areas: people, process, systems, data, documentation, coordination, implementation, and visibility. Tick what sounds familiar and see where friction tends to show up. No scores, and nothing you tick is saved.

Let's talk

Start with the problem. We'll find the service.

Tell us what's taking too long, creating extra work, or getting in the way of the people you serve. That's enough to begin.
