We're in it with you, in your office or meeting with your team virtually. We spend 1:1 time with staff, observe interactions and workflows from the front desk to the back office, review charts, run reports, and sit inside the day-to-day long enough to see what's real, functional, and sustainable — not just what's on paper.
We build the review. We compare your compliance requirements to what's actually being practiced. We align what funders want to invest in — and what the latest NOFOs require — against the data you're actually collecting, and the story it tells. Then we score it: a detailed report card on your org's Capacity, Visibility, and Access, with a suggested path to Resolution.

Before founding The Seed Exchange, I spent years working alongside the organizations and systems I now support — from frontline service delivery and Coordinated Entry to HMIS administration, compliance, technical assistance, and organizational implementation.
